At By LOHN ("we"), we place a high priority on data security and confidentiality. This personal data policy establishes clear guidelines for By LOHN's way of processing your personal data. By LOHN keeps statistics on which areas of the website our users visit and which products are the users' favourites. This data does not contain personal data. With the help of the collected data, knowledge of the users' use of the website is obtained. This information is used to improve the website. On the other hand, we use data about all our users' navigation to understand how our users as a collective group use By LOHN's website www.by-lohn.dk, and try to make the website better on this basis. In addition, we collect information about which products our users, as a collective group, prefer. This information is also used to improve the website. We do not sell or otherwise pass on information about our users' use and navigation on our website. And we do not sell or pass on your purchase information to third parties.

4. Disclosure to other data controllers

Furthermore, under certain circumstances and in accordance with the legislation, it may be necessary to pass on information to auditors, public authorities or the police. For example, information can be passed on to the police in the event of suspected credit card fraud.

Your personal data is entrusted to By LOHN's business partners Shopify and Bambora, who provide services on By LOHN's behalf in connection with making a purchase in By LOHN's webshop at www.by-lohn.dk. These partners only process the personal data on By LOHN's behalf and in accordance with By LOHN's instructions.
