Right of return
You have a 21-day right of cancellation when you shop at by-lohn.dk. The right of withdrawal expires 21 days after the day you received your goods. In other words, you must notify us within 21 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your purchase. This notification must be sent by email to email@example.com , where you make it clear that you wish to return your goods. In the heading, you can advantageously write "Regret of purchase".
You cannot simply refuse receipt of the item without at the same time making this clear by sending an email.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
You must send your order back to By LOHN, Troldhøj Allé 138, 6800 Varde, without undue delay and no later than 21 days after you have notified By LOHN by email that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the costs in connection with the return shipment yourself, just as you yourself bear the risk of the product's return shipment from the time you had the product delivered.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
NOTE, By LOHN does not pick up items sent to the parcel shop, they must be sent directly to By LOHN, Troldhøj Allé 138, 6800 Varde.
Condition of the item when you send it back:
You are solely liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, this means that you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you regret the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. If you regret the purchase and want the entire purchase amount returned, you must do the same with the product as in a physical store. You may try and feel the product, but not use it.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret the purchase, By LOHN will of course refund the amount paid to you. Costs for freight in connection with sending the item back are borne by you yourself and are therefore not refunded. In the event of depreciation for which you yourself are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 21 days from the date on which you have notified By LOHN by email that you wish to cancel the purchase. The refund is made to the same recipient and account from which the purchase was made, unless you have expressly stated otherwise in your return email to By LOHN. By LOHN reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

By LOHN does not receive parcels sent on cash on delivery.
The money will be transferred to your account within 10-14 days.
Right of complaint:
The Purchase Act's defect rules can be applied to goods purchases.
When you, as a consumer, shop at by-lohn.dk, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, repaired, the money back or get a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour. As a consumer, you must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within 2 months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, By LOHN will reimburse your shipping costs (reasonable). The item must be returned in proper packaging at all times. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so that your shipping costs can be refunded.

By LOHN does not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by cash on delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LEATHER STRAPS ON TOWELS AND BREAD BASKET NAPKINS: Remove leather straps before washing, as they will otherwise be damaged, as they are genuine leather.
It is at your own risk if the products are washed with these leather straps on. There is a right of complaint if these products are washed with leather straps on. If you lose your leather straps, they can be ordered in 2 thicknesses on the webshop.
