Our textiles are knitted in 100% organic cotton - GOTS certified, carefully produced with love and respect for both the old craft of knitting, people and the planet.

Gift wrapping:

We will wrap your Christmas present beautifully for free so that it is ready to put under the Christmas tree.
This year, Christmas presents are wrapped in gray paper, natural ribbon and a small pine branch.

We include a small gift with all orders ♡

Simply write "Gift" in the comments field when you check out and we will wrap your gift(s).

Delivery before Christmas:

Place your order before 20 December at 12.00 if you want to be sure of receiving your order before Christmas.

Exchange rules:

We offer extended returns on all orders placed from 13 November 2023.

Christmas presents are exchanged until 21/1-2024.

You can easily return by filling in our standard cancellation form which you will find at the end under our TERMS OF SALE below. Copy or print and fill in the cancellation form, and send it either by email to info@by-lohn.dk or together with your returned goods to By LOHN, Troldhøj Alle 138, 6800 Varde, mrk returvare.

You pay the return shipping yourself. You can also buy a GLS return label for DKK 42 by sending an email to info@by-lohn.dk. We will email you a return label and a MobilePay number to which the DKK 42 must be paid.

Please note that the order amount will be refunded to the card used to place the order.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return your order and place a new order.
